FWAAR's Government Affairs Department advocates for private property rights and the business interests of REALTORS® in the halls of government, including efforts to support economic initiatives that promote the growth of Northeast Indiana. The Association’s involvement in the local political and legislative process on behalf of our members  is one of the most important benefits, not only for REALTORS®, but also for homeowners.

We work in concert with the Indiana and National Associations of REALTORS® to ensure that government does not arbitrarily violate or hinder an individual’s right to own, transfer and use real property.
